These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of services made in Spain, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal by Gestión de Congresos y Sociedades Médicas S.L., with CIF number B-65687733, hereinafter GEYSECO.
Any order placed with GEYSECO necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Client's unreserved acceptance of GEYSECO's General Conditions of Sale in force on the date the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new conditions are brought to the attention of GEYSECO. The fact that GEYSECO does not resort to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted as, nor will it be equivalent to, a waiver of the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.
These terms and conditions apply to the services offered by Geyseco through its website, to customers who may make purchases through our portal from any country. Geyseco informs you that its services through our website are exclusively aimed at individuals over 18 years of age.
All transactions are carried out in a secure environment (https) so that your card details cannot be detected by third parties, as Geyseco incorporates SSL security certificates that guarantee the transmission and encryption of data between customer and supplier.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. The prices shown are in the currency agreed upon for each conference (Euros, dollars, etc.) and include VAT (Value Added Tax). Any changes to these prices may be applied automatically and without prior notice to the user.
Discounts and/or offers will be reflected on the same page and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their GEYSECO purchases using: VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, as well as debit cards or bank transfers.
Offers presented by GEYSECO are valid until all available spaces are filled. GEYSECO reserves the right to modify services based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for information purposes only and do not in any way bind GEYSECO.
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is that no changes or cancellations of registrations and/or hotel reservations will be accepted 30 days before the conference date. Any cancellations made before this date will incur a 50% processing fee.
All cancellations must be submitted to GEYSECO in writing, always indicating the ticket number you wish to cancel.
Refunds for canceled services will be issued 30 days after the event's end date.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum attendance is not reached, up to 10 days before the event. Registrants will also be notified within the same period. The organization is not responsible for the costs of modifying travel and/or accommodations booked in the event of course cancellation. Therefore, it is recommended that if travel to the course is booked further in advance, cancellation insurance be purchased.
